The Five Step Process

To perfectly design the cap according to your needs and specifications. We will follow this simple five step process as outlined below:

STEP 1: FIRST THINGS FIRST

The first step is to determine the basic needs and requirements of your order. This includes the following factors:
1.Your desired quantity 
2.The requested date of delivery

STEP 2: STARTING THE CREATIVE PROCESS

We will have an in-depth consultation with our client to determine their aesthetic requirements for the cap, including:

1. Cap Body Design (5-panel or 6-panel)

2. Colour of Cap Body, Top Visor, Bottom Visor 3. Preferred Closure design

4. Front and back panel designs

5. Visor Cord colour(s)

6. Logo design and application method

If you are unsure about these above-mentioned aspects, do not fear as our team will talk you through the process as well as make recommendations.

STEP 3: THE MOCKUPS

Once we have received your logo and its placement specifications, we will begin designing a computer- generated mockup of your cap. As soon as you are happy, we will proceed to the quote and sample production.

STEP 4: THE QUOTE AND SAMPLE DESIGN

If you are happy with the computer-generated mockup, we will send the quote for approval and start production of the sample.
Should you wish to physically receive the sample, shipping costs would need to be added to the quote as a separate line item as our caps are manufactured abroad.

STEP 5: BULK PRODUCTION

As soon as you have signed off on the quote, mockup, and sample design, we will request a 30% deposit before commencing with bulk production.
